Expression is a way to give life to the thoughts and feelings of your inner self. You can express your sadness by crying, and pleasure by laughing, thus there are a number of ways by which you can express your feelings in a non-verbal way.

When we express ourselves freely, it's the ultimate satisfaction for our mind. This is because the physical being of the human body is faithfully supporting its mental being. In this state, we always feel comfortable anywhere with anyone and at anytime. If we don't express properly, it wont make the sun rise in the west, but it will only result in some increased frustrations. And when the frustrations increase, efficiency decreases and we start blaming the world, god or anyone in general.

Expressions are a part and parcel of every living being on this earth. Every one has the right to express himself. It is only through expressions that one can achieve a co-ordination between the between the bodily existence and mental core.

But many people find it difficult to express them freely and this is due to certain barriers, they have created among themselves. People think of what the world would think about them and due to this they restrain themselves from laughing completely, tilting their head, or even scratching their ears.

They try to be not what they are, but what that they think the world would like about them. However the real scene is that, they hardly realize the world is just like them. The world will be thinking of what others will think of it, rather than analyzing others' actions.

You can't compare yourself to others. Always believe in yourself, no matter how things are going for you and don't let a negative response stop your positive effort. Always remember:

• Expect a lot of yourself.
• Everyone has strengths and weaknesses.
• Everybody needs help sometimes.
• Express yourself, your ideas and feelings freely

Everyone is unique, So.. If you are angry at someone, let him know; If you admire someone, let that person know and if you love someone, let her know, because life is too small to keep these things as a secret. If you do, you may find that life has many great things to offer.
